 Experience casual island living at Put-in-Bay's Casual Cape & Guest House, located on a
quiet lane on the island's residential East Point.
Formerly part of the original "Poor Man's Nantucket," the
main house is 1,800 square feet and sleeps up to 12 people comfortably, and
the guest house accommodates up to six people.
Casual Cape's cape cod style home has four bedrooms and three full
baths, and is perfect for your family vacation or reunion. Casual Cape sits
on an acre of beautifully landscaped lawn dotted with shade trees. The lot
provides a view of the lake, located across the street.
You'll feel right
at home with a living room, family room, dining room and kitchen in the main
house. The house is air-conditioned. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped
with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and there also is a dishwasher and
microwave.
There is a screened porch off the dining room and a brick patio with a
charcoal grill is located off the family room.
Casual Cape also provides a washer and dryer and bed linens and towels
are supplied for our guests.
There also is cable television, a VCR and stereo. Just bring your
favorite movie tapes, or you can rent VHS movies at the Island's general
store.
Casual Cape is located approximately one mile from downtown
Put-in-Bay. A bicycle is kept in the gara ge for our guests' use. Bicycles may
also be rented downtown.
Casual Cape's guest house sleeps up to six people and has 2
bedrooms and one full bath. The upstairs bedroom and downstairs great room
have room air-conditioners.
The great room has a kitchen with stovetop and microwave and a dining
area. There is a screened porch off the downstairs sitting/bedroom which
features a Murphy bed.
A patio located off the screened porch has a charcoal grill.
Bed linens and towels are provided and there is a washer and dryer for
our guests use.
The guest house also has cable television and a video tape player.
This comfortable retreat offers plenty of privacy on a large
landscaped lot full of mature shade trees and flowers.
